At TOTO Swimwear, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Due to the nature of swimwear as intimate apparel, our return policy is designed with hygiene and fairness in mind. Please review the details below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In their original condition, with tags and hygiene liners intact.
- Returned in the original packaging.

Non-Eligible Items:
- Items that are stained, damaged, or show signs of wear.
- Final sale items and gift cards.
Return Options

Store Credit Only:
Due to the nature of our production model and hygiene requirements, we do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be processed for store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
Exchange Options

Size Exchanges Only:
Exchanges are available only for a different size of the same style, provided the requested size is in stock. If the size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team at info@totoswimwear.shop within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
Additional Information
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit or an exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos at info@totoswimwear.shop. We will cover return shipping for these cases.
Hygiene Note
For the safety of all customers, swimwear with removed or damaged hygiene liners, stains, or odors will not be accepted for return or exchange.
